Terms of use.

The service

VitFait is an ultra-fast capture app: you type or dictate what’s on your mind, an AI files it in the right list or offers you a calendar event. The service is published by Maxime Boinet (see the legal notice) and available at vitfait.app.

By creating an account, you accept these terms as well as the privacy policy.

Your account

Signing up requires a valid email address (or a Google account). You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for the activity on your account. The service is meant for personal use; it is not designed for children under 15 without parental consent.

Free plan and usage limits

VitFait is currently free, with no credit card. An anti-abuse usage limit applies (currently 200 AI actions per month, reset on the 1st of each month); it may evolve and is always shown when you reach it. Paid advanced features may be offered later — today’s core (capture, dictate, file) will stay free.

Acceptable use

You may not use VitFait to:

• conduct illegal activities or distribute unlawful content;
• attempt to bypass usage limits, security, or data isolation (including by injecting instructions into captures to manipulate the AI);
• disrupt the service (deliberate overload, abusive automated access) or attempt to access other users’ data;
• resell or commercially exploit the service without agreement.

In case of clear abuse, the account may be suspended — where possible after a warning.

Your content

Your lists and captures belong to you. You only grant the technical license needed to host and process this content in order to provide the service — including sending the text to AI providers for filing and transcription (details in the privacy policy). Your content is never published, sold, or used to train models.

The AI can be wrong

Filing is automatic and sometimes imperfect: you always stay in control (move, edit, delete). A calendar event is only created after your explicit confirmation. VitFait is a personal organization tool — it provides no medical, legal or financial advice.

Availability

The service is provided “as is”, with the care of an independent project but without any guarantee of continuous availability: maintenance, changes or interruptions may happen. Keep a copy elsewhere of anything critical to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher’s liability for this free service is limited to proven direct damages. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending the service or your account

You can stop using VitFait at any time and request the deletion of your account at maximeboinetdev@gmail.com. Should the service ever shut down, you would be informed with reasonable notice to retrieve your data.

Changes to these terms

These terms may evolve; the date at the top of the page is then updated. For substantial changes, a notice will be visible in the app. Continuing to use the service means acceptance; if you disagree, stop using the service and request the deletion of your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, write first to maximeboinetdev@gmail.com — an amicable solution will always be preferred. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
